Olepangi Farm is in the foothills of Mount Kenya, the second largest mountain in Africa at more than 17,000 feet and is a perfect location for exploring Laikipia County and all it has to offer. The small resort is ran by its owners, Elizabeth and Clinton Lucy, and hosts friends, family and guests. Horseback and vehicle safaris, outings and explorations are offered. The farm is a 35 minute drive from Nanyuki, an Equator town in Kenya.

My involvement is helping the owners with ongoing master planning, landscape design and architecture including the Party House and Round House. This is one of my favorite projects because I am able to work closely with the owners, carpenters and craftspeople using local natural materials to create a soulful sense of place.
